How does "love" resonate within you? Is there a certain association you feel when you hear or see "love?" Do you feel joy, hurt, expansion, pain, freedom, anger, support, separation? Is love real, or is it some flakey concept of something unattainable or non-existent - maybe reserved only for angels or what you call "airheads?"

People use the term "love" for almost everything in life. You say, "We love chocolate," "We love that actress," "We love your outfit," "We love that song," "We love our car." Some people even say that wars are created because of love. Some say that the term has lost its real meaning because it's overused, therefore they refuse to use the term at all. Most people are terrified of love. And yet it is what everyone seeks.

Can we distinguish differences in love? Should we? What is the difference between love and lust? Is there a difference in how one loves a song versus how one loves their partner or children, for instance? Do all these fall under the same category known as "love?"

What is love? Everything is love. And it is very real. We say that God/Goddess/All That Is/The Source is love but what does that mean? The Source's love is a constant flow of energy which supports everything in existence. Often this love is called unconditional love, which means that no matter what you do you are, and always will be, loved. And is that important? Definitely - because you were created from this love, you are this love, without it you wouldn't exist, let alone be able to choose your life how you desire. Does it's unconditionalness make it a condition? It is a constant, but how you receive it and apply it is up to you.

Unconditional love does not mean you will be coddled, or always protected from challenges, or that you will never feel lost, confused, or even hurt. Pain is an indicator to you of your own illusions of separation from The Source, triggering your desire to be part of the love but feeling left out. This unconditional love the Source has for All supports All. It is allowing and is always within and around all life. It supports your ideas of being in separation so that you will find your way on your own back to It, re-membering that It had never left you and that you are never alone.

How does the Source's love feel? If you were to intentionally focus on this love you would feel it in your unique way. And depending upon your degree of openness and willingness to receive it, most experience it as being totally accepting and feeling totally accepted by It, a warm rush of energy, feeling expansion, high frequency, vibration, light, an open heart, truth, trust, safety, rejuvenation, joy, peace, all-knowing, freedom, security, no expectations, no degradation or fear; knowing all is exactly as it should be, and feeling very much alive, understanding the beauty, respect and the recognition of all life as being one with you - for It All Is. In other words, complete integration, no separateness.

Once again, we remind you that this is your essence. When you do choose to feel this love, as you can do in meditation with your Higher Self, you can feel the love for your Self and the love that You Are. This love/intelligence/Source always Is - there is no beginning or end to it and it never stops flowing, even if you pretend to block, limit, or ignore it. This love is what you choose, at times, to categorize according to object or person, to give it different dimensions and definitions, giving and receiving it more, or less. And now we turn the remaining portion of this interaction over to Dr. Peebles.

This is Dr. Peebles here. We join you in a most invigorating discussion on the subject of love and creation. Now what's all this talk we hear amongst you on the evils of lust? Let's clear up the issue of "lust." Lust is desire; ignited passion. Lust is the doorway leading to love, and yet it is part of love, too. It sparks your inspiration, remembrance, your emotions, your body with synchronicity into love - your true essence. This is a very powerful energy you use for creation. However, the confusion between lust and love comes from how you choose to define and direct the energies. When you act only upon lust without taking it to the deeper levels of love, when you don't respect and trust that the lust is the doorway you designed to take you into more love, that you are feeling the synchronicity (being completely connected with the Source's flow) and going with it, it remains only lust. Complete love unfulfilled. You are presented with an opportunity to create something out of this ignition - to act upon your full creatorhood - and then you back down. An opportunity missed, rather than gained, in many ways.

We'll liken an example of this to being in a horse race. You're all geared up, the horse is anxious to take off. The starter's gun goes off and at the last second you lose faith in what you're doing and remain at the starting gate. Giving a tiny bit of your passion, excitement and love to the idea, but holding back the majority and not following through with it because of doubt. Or, perhaps you have been inspired to created a piece of art, but you have something else to do and decide to put it off for another time. The moment you postpone it and do not go with the driving energies in that moment; all the pieces which are in place for the best possible outcome of your project resulting in a complete work of love, you have instead lost the largest influx of universal support for creating your project. Of course, you can do it another time, but you may not have same energy generated from within your Self, the universal flow will be on a different frequency at that moment, or it may be harder for you to connect to it. The outcome may also be quite different.

My friends, lust is not a sin. There's no such thing as a sin. By not following the movement which begins with lust, through passion, inspiration, desire, this only means you could be missing one of the greatest experiences in your life by not carrying it through to fruition! When you feel that burst of energy heading in one direction toward creating something but shut it down you are choosing not to be in synchronicity. However, the choice is always yours and your choices are always supported. You may enjoy being only in the feeling of lust until you are ready to go further. You will always have another opportunity to "go with the full flow," as you say.

Why is it that people feel love is painful and why are people so afraid of love? The vulnerability which comes with intimacy greatly frightens you. And yet, I encourage you to seek the very same intimacy with vulnerability and you will be greatly surprised with the outcome. You will reach such depths and heights you never thought possible - and all within you, and all there for sharing and enjoyment.

When love is received and given freely without expectation or limitation there is a continual flow of the Source. Therefore, fear cannot exist. Fear is the polarity of love and cannot occupy the same space with love. When there is no fear or expectations or limitations (i.e., control), there can be no sense of loss or pain. Love respects free will. When all you feel is love and you DO give it to others, you are giving love to yourself, and vice-versa.

There will be those who wish to ignore, disrespect, or reject your love, and those who are not yet capable of receiving it. These individuals are acting from a desire to understand love by believing they don't have, want or need it. Some feel love is a weakness instead of the most powerful strength that exists. Feeling no love will eventually pull you into finding it again because each soul wants and needs love; It is who you are, and yet you frequently forget It. And through your own vulnerability you will realize all of this and once more re-member your Home.

Is war created by love? No. War is created by fears of lack, fears of the foreign, and a desire for control. The end result rekindles the awareness and importance of love. We often say war stands for "We Are Right," of course inferring that the "other side" is wrong. War happens when one remains in separation (cut off from The Source), and does not see their divine reflection in another. When one is within the bosom of God one is safe, secure, knows that the love is always there and therefore has no need to get it from outside their self. (We are not saying that if someone is attacking you don't defend yourself or those you love. We are speaking of intentional offensive action against others.) And even under the mighty umbrella of love, attack and war, ironically, bring you back to the realization that all life is One. Through physical death, loss, fear, grief, separation, and the false pretense of feeling superior to another, you know what the truth is. You also begin to understand the great responsibility for your Selves and one another, that you have so long avoided. Once again you will seek out what is most valuable - and that is compassion, love, life, communion, and with the many, rather than the few.

All is love and a study revolving around love, just as your own solar system reflects this to you. Read our channel's poem (which we helped inspire some years ago), entitled "God Is Gravity." This is, in a nutshell, how it all works! Whether it be a desire for love by not having it, or by deliberately seeking it through illness, war, catastrophes, isolation, communities, families, death, birth, marriages, pregnancy, children, divorce, relationships with animals and all of nature, including our channeling. All is about love and joy, which is God, and how love is the magnetic power which draws itself to another through the doorway of lust, passion, desire, action and synchronicity, creating and maintaining a relationship with all life within and around a great central sun of light and love - that which All Are and will always be...The Source.
