What prompts me to write about this is from my own experiences when I was an abductee; used in experiments by a group of extraterrestrials known as the Greys. [And here, I am speaking of the one particular species of Greys that were performing the abductions - the human preferred term for this. Not all Greys do this. There are three main branches of Greys, and this is only one of them.] What I learned from the different forms of contact may help you.

[Note: There are also abductions being conducted by humans under the guises of being extraterrestrials. I have also astrally witnessed these encounters and the disgusting conditions and operations they performed. How did I know the difference? These humans used contemporary surgical implements, some were even old and rusty, and the surgeries were performed in places on earth, in abandoned halls. Nor were their scientific/medical procedures advanced by any means. There is a very distinctive difference in the technology and energy between humans and "authentic" extraterrestrials. Neither one is an experience I'd wish on anyone else. However, it is my intention for this article to focus mainly on experience with extraterrestrials.]

Some people (even the so-called "professional" abductee counselors) believe that once you are part of this so-called abduction phenomenon, one can never stop the abduction process. I completely disagree based on my personal experience. It is my hope that others may be helped to halt their negative experiences with the Greys, or others, from my story.

Since my childhood the Greys have used my body and it's properties and my consciousness for their "research." They have taken samples, observed and recorded my responses to various stimuli, how I learn and feel. I have witnessed others while they went through their abduction experiences - which was by no means pleasant, nor was it indicative that these Greys were a highly advanced race: This is what I feel were either imitation ETs, or one group of negatively oriented ones.

My final experience with the Greys occurred the night before the big quake in Los Angeles, California, when I had fallen asleep on the couch in my den. And during the complete interaction I was fully conscious of every detail. It was during this experience that I changed, FOREVER, my interactions with the Greys. I will get into more detail of this event in a bit. However, let's begin with a very brief description of this Grey civilization for some background information.

Greys see affinities between humans and Greys in that they and humans were "created" genetically from the same source, the Anunnaki (who contain the original Lyran DNA), therefore we are "cousins." This one particular branch of the Greys never completely evolved into sentient beings. They are considered a devolved branch of the Anunnaki. Also, in what we term "time," a long time ago the Greys destroyed their own planet, which they attributed to the negligent use of their emotions. And they believe the human species has been on the same threshold for over 50 years now. In this way, they relate even more to us.

After their planet was destroyed and many were forced to live in underground cavs for a very long time, readapting to new environments, food sources, light, genetic mutations, the Greys vowed to never let their emotions rule them. Their bodies mutated, many died, their focus became more and more mental and intent upon finding a solution to the survival of their race.

They also figured out a way how to control their emotions by rerouting the stimuli, dulling them, from the nervous system (both nervous systems) so that their entire species would experience very little emotion and all would feel identical - no real difference between love, hate, fear, joy, etc.

Some years ago I remembered/saw how the original alterations were made by the Grey civilization to, in a sense, deaden the emotions. I viewed the pathways in the spinal column, the nervous system, in which this action was taken. When I saw this, I related the message telepathically to the Greys in the hopes that they would know how to restore it in themselves. This was noted by them and implemented. I don't really know 100% if I was the only source of this memory for them.

Through their thousands of years the Greys lost the original blueprint of the biological beings they once were and since their race is dying it is through us, their closest genetic relatives, that they desire to reclaim and improve who they once were. Ironically, they live in fear of being individual, having self-empowerment, autonomy and they fear physical death. They don't believe their souls are eternal so they put all of their faith into the physical form. They don't fully understand consciousness, the soul, emotions, all the connections that go on - but they are learning, or shall I say, re-membering how to restore it in themselves.

The conflict with the Grey is due to not completely understanding human passion that creates. They wonder, "If passion is so grand, how can it be controlled?" This is their source of confusion and conflict. They seek to understand through analyzing and dissecting the various levels in human consciousness while genetically re-engineering their species.

During interactions with me they were very interested in the subconscious and unconscious levels - how does fear operate there? How does anything operate there? Often they would project scenes in order to see the reaction from the different levels of human consciousness. They also tapped into my soul memory matrix to understand how emotion is kept in the soul and then brought into the physical genetic structure; and then how one keeps responding to past events on a subconscious or unconscious level.

What one has to realize is that this is a battle in mind control. And the Grey's are most interested in how our mind and emotions function, and how they can control and repeat this control over the mind and emotions. They can project pictures into our minds, and if we don't know who we are and how we feel, it's easy to believe these projections as being very real and originating from within ourselves.

As I became more adept at lucid dreaming and had gained complete awareness and control in all levels of consciousness, I realized there is only one mind, but we are in the illusion that it is separated. This realization and awakening threw them for a loop! And that is exactly when I was able to conclude all experiments with them: because they were no longer in my mind and knew I no longer wanted to "play along." I figured out their game. VERY fascinating.

It had been my understanding that the abduction programs had slowed down and mostly halted now. However, I hear from some that they still continue. Greys do follow genetic and generational families to see changes. Their program is just about complete. And the hybrids that they have created will be appearing on earth shortly - some are already here. But, the full awareness of them will be known in the next ten years. This means that the Greys will have created an improved species combining the best of the Grey and Human civilization, thereby ensuring that their genetics live on. This does not, by any means, infer that they will take over the planet or that all humans will end up as a hybrid. This is another, or parallel, species.

I believe that in all situations there are no victims. This is a very difficult concept for many to accept, especially for those who have been abducted. In cases of violence, for example, there is certainly great power in the act of one having control over another. And just because a person can inflict harm upon another is no reason to do so (unless in the defense of the self or others, in my opinion). However, when a soul is ready to learn a lesson or transition, a situation will be created according to that soul's belief system and events in order to manifest it.

My experience with the Greys forced me to learn what I needed to learn about myself, to confront and overcome most of my worst fears which also, surprisingly enough, filled me with a certain level of compassion for what the Grey experiences. This resulted in tremendous personal power.

At the manipulation of the Greys, most people feel completely powerless, abused, used, degraded, violated. And rightfully, they are! It is a horrifying and frequently painful experience for most, leaving residue that pops up in the oddest circumstances. And many people have been scarred for life by these experiments. I'm sure you have heard or read of others in whom the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual effects were damaging.

But what else causes the fear within humans during this experience? Some of this terror is due to the fact that humans are quite attached to the idea that they are only physical beings, not spirits in bodies. So it is the personality of the person that freaks out during abductions because they believe they will cease to exist. People say the Greys rarely will do anything to comfort or explain to their guinea pig what is occurring. (Although there have been some people who related stories of other beings, sometimes Pleideans, who have assisted the Greys in order to make the humans feel more comfortable.) I definitely do not agree with the manner of such procedures. Due to their suppression of emotions, and feeling intellectually and technologically superior to humans, some Greys just don't care and usually do see us as "lab rats."

Some of the Greys will use what they consider to be the best of the human species to ensure their own survival. (Not all humans have the same specifics and quantities of original DNA - we are all mixtures.) You may have heard stories from abductees about how most humans were once part of the Grey civilization and agreed to participate in these on-going experiments. Of course, for most people, IF there is such an agreement, it is quite locked away in a part of the unconscious mind. And even IF humans did agree to help them, I know it was not exactly in the manner in which it has been carried through. Nor does it mean it MUST continue! We always have the right, at any time, to change our minds! THE POWER IS WITHIN OURSELVES.

What I would like each abductee to realize is that WHEN IN COMPLETE FEARLESSNESS AND SELF-EMPOWERMENT EVERY HUMAN CAN COMPLETELY HALT THIS EXPERIENCE, so it never repeats, or interaction may happen in another way IF it is co-created by them and the Greys. (For example, on only a telepathic level instead of a physiological one, if that is appealing to one.)

One needs to be aware in all levels of consciousness of their own individuality, fearlessness and power and to focus on LOVE. And this goes for any inter/intra/multidimensional experience. These Greys are perplexed and confused by this. They literally take off and head for another place and person. This also has a lot to do with the new vibration that exists when one is in complete self-empowerment. When in this new frequency you will not attract those of a different vibe (no matter where they're from), and those not resonating to your energy fields will not feel comfortable around you. Attraction is through affinity.

I experienced this and it was one of the most profoundly moving and self-realizing moments in my lifetime. And I had to experience in the way that I did. When I was fully aware I was being abducted, paralyzed within the blue/white light and hearing them say, "Look who we have here!" - I just got mad as hell because I was no longer willing to be a victim. I let the Greys have it (not out of hatred, because I know they are family and part of God, too) but out of great love, self- respect, equality, empowerment and truth FOR MYSELF, and them.

Telling them that I do not and will not accept this form of contact because it is disrespectful, without my conscious permission, without compassion, without honoring my free will, without so many things I choose to see as my reality - broke the spell. The paralyzing light beam vanished instantaneously and they took off. I must admit that I swore a lot at the time and screamed at them. If one had seen me they would easily see a caged lion violently lashing out. It took every ounce of personal power to stand up to this experience and halt it forever. They have never returned in that way, for that purpose, because the lesson was learned.

I do NOT see the Greys as my enemy. I do not hate them. I have agreed to be an infrequent telepathic communicator with them as a conscious co-creation, when I choose. That is as much as I am willing to be for them now. I offer to them my best wishes, But because of what I learned and confronted, I will not tolerate being treated with a lack of compassion, permission, or respect. We are all aspects of All That Is, and we can choose if and how to interact and co-create with any species, should we so desire.

To sum it all up:
In order for anyone to be abducted, there must be something within a person's consciousness that is allowing it to happen. For instance: believing that one is a victim, deserves punishment or suffering, (victim/martyr), believes that lifeforms other than human are evil, or fear that you are not in control of your own body and experiences.

The remedy for this requires releasing irrational fears, KNOWING that you ARE in control of yourself and no longer being willing to be a victim. It means firmly standing up for yourself with love, and figuring out how YOU want to create your life. It means confronting that which has frightened you and saying,"NO MORE! You don't have power over me any longer." (And really believing this about yourself.) Do you know that some extraterrestrials that are doing the "abductions" actually CHOOSE to take on these horrible appearances and characteristics because that is the only way PEOPLE want to see or accept them? Their souls love us that much. They really do. Once you see their souls, you will understand. You may not care to do that, but I assure you that if you will see their souls compassionately, you will have an entirely different perspective of what's been going on. There is no greater power than love; and fear and love cannot occupy the same space. And that is the key.

As for the future hybrid race a few hundred years into our future there is one group of hybrids known as the Essassani, and I can tell you that they are mostly a joy to be around. They seem to have, thus far, a very nice blend of human and Grey (and most of what our DNA carries with it). They are intelligent, fun, loving, spiritual, great communicators. We have a lot to teach one another, and through this process we are all evolving to a magnificent future. But it won't happen unless each person faces their fears of their own divine power within, all their fears, integrate them, and reclaim autonomy. And since so much of the Grey's future depends on interactions with us we definitely influence their outcome as well as our own.

However, if some of the Greys remain as they are at present, I want little or nothing more to do with them. I believe that Earth is now our planet and I will not simply hand it over to any other civilization, even if we are related: human "authority figure," or not. And I truly hope that that will never be an issue. We are here now and this must be our primary focus. We will live what we co-create.
