NEW YEAR'S MESSAGE FOR 2007

THE ZERO POINT; CELEBRATE THE ENORMITY OF THE INTUITIVE MIND

2007: The zero point. The point of all possibilities when we are altogether with a sense
of wholeness, completion, and creating the new. We have come out of a seesaw kind
of year in 2006, one week up, one week down, one week here, one week there, exploring
polarities even more. But we have made personal and collective decisions that are bringing
us more together. We are experiencing physical change in our bodies, lifestyle changes,
as well as changes in consciousness.
We are beginning to have more of a cohesive picture of what we'd like our present and future to include. We are learning the value in bridging. For instance, in California we are starting the new year with awareness and responsibility about global warming by creating new laws for industry to reduce pollutants, while creating new industries that rely more on solar and wind power; alternative energies. This is a far cry from just a few years ago when people pooh-poohed the idea that global warming might be real. New laws and construction to prevent catastrophes from flooding and other natural events are also going into effect. The earth has its own consciousness, too, and since we live on the earth we need to be in harmony with one another. Paying attention to the earth pays off. All of this ties into our own wholness, opening up more to being open to the unseen as well as the seen, our multidimensionality, and using our intuition. Torah, channeled through Shawn Randall, gave me the following message to share with you: "Consciousness has always been evolving toward a return to unity and oneness and the home of spirit. People now are becoming more aware of that evolution of consciousness. It is an individual journey for each individual, and it is a collective journey for the collective. The more individuals become aware that they are on a spiritual evolutionary course, the more the collective becomes aware of it. This seems to speak for itself. And we would suggest the advent of the Internet is helping people to feel connected to something non-physical." We are relating to the abstract, to concepts, to see more "with greater sensitivity to the unseen".
Celebrate the Infinite Enormity of the Intuitive Mind
The development of one's personal intuition leads to discovery of many kinds - including the higher conscious mind. Becoming intimate with one's intuition, having regular communication with it and using it in daily life is the most practical, comfortable way people can begin to embrace their higher consciousness. For most people in the consensus reality, the doorway to practical interaction with the higher self (one's higher consciousness) is through intuition.
We are not saying intuition and the higher consciousness are the same thing. They are not the same thing. However, they are part of each other just as shape is part of a ball. Shape is not the same as the matter of the ball. They go hand in hand - shape and substance - yet are not the same thing. Intuition and higher consciousness go hand in hand - but they're not the same thing. They're distinct yet a part of one another. Using intuition is a doorway to higher consciousness and the doorway goes in both directions. Interacting with one's higher consciousness is a doorway into intuition and to developing skill in personal intuition (letting it be very accurate). The development can work in both directions. In other words, intuition gives entrance to higher consciousness and higher consciousness give entrance to intuition. (The higher consciousness - higher self - is a vast subject too large to fully address here. We'll have to a assume the reader is aware of it to some degree.) Choose to use Intuition Consciously
We recommend people become more active with their intuition as a conscious choice. In fact, become active and interactive with intuition. Become intimate with it. Let it be your friend. You can ask your intuition questions as if it is another part of yourself. For example, you can say, "I'm going to speak to my intuitive mind right now. What are you, my intuitive mind, telling me about a challenge I might meet today? What are you telling me about how to meet that challenge?"
It is advisable to make conscious use of intuition rather than have a haphazard, play it by ear, moment-to-moment sloppy interaction with it. A casual approach isn't going to develop intuition. A casual attitude and response to one's intuitive mind is not going to make the relationship solid. Just like human friendships - if you treat them superficially or neglect them they won't grow. Everyone has intuition. Everyone has experienced intuition. Everyone has felt the otherworldliness of intuition. Whether they want to admit it or not, everyone has felt the otherworldliness of intuition. Claim your intuition as real, make it solid and 'own it' when it happens overtly. Acknowledging an intuition-event. And, by the way, an intuition is never wrong because if it were wrong, it wouldn't be intuition. By the very definition of intuition, it's going to be a correct knowing. If an intuitive insight is wrong, it's what they call 'a bad guess'. Ways of Interacting with Intuition
There are ways of interacting with the intuitive mind that can be a lot of fun. Here are a few ideas. Before you go to sleep you can ask your intuitive mind to talk to you in your dreams. Also, in the morning, you can close your eyes and say, "I'm going to talk to my intuitive mind right now while I sit here awake. I'm going to ask it to show me an image of the day to come. Ask, "What does my day to come look like?" Then write down the images you see no matter what they are. The intuitive mind speaks in images. Be objective and interpret the image as best you can, and there you are - you'll have valuable information about your day to come.
In addition to practical use, we're talking about intuition as critically important to self-development, and spiritual development. Strangely, among even "conscious" metaphysical people there may be a dismissal of one's own intuition. Many times they'd rather say, "Oh my guides told me this, or my guides told me that" rather than take credit themselves for their own fantastic intuitive mind. And, by the way, there's certainly nothing wrong with interacting with counselors and guides, it's a wonderful thing, but not when it means disowning one's own viable capacities of consciousness. Celebrate an intuition when it happens. Acknowledge it. "I had a feeling it was you that was going to call when the phone rang. My intuition told me it was you," or some such thing, for example. This is a very simple, basic thing anyone can do because everyone has had the experience of knowing who's on the phone when it rings. When you acknowledge your accuracy, intuition grows. What Intuition Wants
Intuition isn't only about finding yes and no answers. Intuition wants to take you further. Intuition wants to say that a certain person is calling on the phone (using the example above) because of a deeper purpose. It wants to give you that purposeful information too. Perhaps you are to have a deeper relationship with the person for a certain project, for example.
The intuitive mind is not focused in space and time, it is non-local. To force it to become linear and time oriented (beginning, middle, and end result) is to limit it. Human beings often tend to think in terms of end results. However, with the new evolution of consciousness on the planet that is shifting and more people are now valuing the power of life as a process. Intuition is right there in that focus. Intuition wants to take inquiry further and perhaps show you what you could learn or benefit from a certain job or situation. For example, "I'm intuiting I will get that job because that job is for my highest good and I will grow very much developing my compassion with this job." Intuition wants to take people deeper into layered information and wisdom. Remember it's the doorway into relationship with one's higher consciousness, a doorway into the divine. Intuition doesn't want to be used trivially. We're almost personifying it here as we talk about it. Yet it is true, it doesn't want to be used trivially. The information you receive will stay more surface and less rich if your intuition is used only for simple yes and no answers. It's okay to do that but why not go for the greater treasures? Our little missive here is about celebrating the infinite enormity of the intuitive mind. "Celebrate the Infinite Enormity of the Intuitive Mind." That's a mouthful, but it says a lot. The intuitive mind is always present. The brain's 'wiring' can be developed for greater accuracy. Very importantly, using intuition stretches individuals into a more conscious comfort with the non-local aspect of life. Personify your intuition to let it become more tangible to you.
We would suggest letting your intuition be a very tangible friend, a tangible friend you nurture and develop to become like a close friend. To do this close your eyes and focus on your breath to center yourself and move your awareness to a quiet place in your heart. Then simply, outloud or silently, ask your intuition to appear to you in a personified form. It may appear as a wise elder or youthful counselor, for example. This is only a representation your subconscious is creating to make it easier to dialogue with your intuition. So, no need to get stuck in how it appears - it can also appear as a very abstract image, and that's alright too. However, make sure the personification is open, and friendly. If it is not you are engaged with a polluted aspect of your own mind - like hidden anger or repressed fear. If this happens wait a few minutes and try again until your mind sees your intuition as a helpful friend.
Next, in your mind or out loud tell the personified image of your intuition the subject you are inquiring about. Talk as long as you want about your issue or quandary. Even see pictures in your mind of what you are talking about to your intuition - a person, a place or a thing. Next, ask the personification to show you a picture in response to your inquiry. Your request/question could be, "What can you tell me about this issue I'm asking about?" Wait a moment or two and you will see a picture in your mind. The picture may appear as if it is like a dream. You may see the personified image of your intuition giving you a picture. Without judging the picture write it down in detail. Thank your intuitive mind (as personification in your mind). Open your eyes fully and center yourself back in time and space locally. After a few minutes read your description of the picture and interpret it as if it was a dream. That is, see it as a metaphor. Also see labels, words, for things in the picture as having possible double meanings. For example a yak (animal) might be referring to talking! Take the time to consider and analyze the image. This will give you valuable information. You see, the image bypasses your logical mind that would over simplify an intuitive insight. Value the picture you have received, consider its information and input. Evaluate it; take in the solutions the image is implying. Let the information be tangibly useful. Use it. You will be surprised at how much information the images will give to you! Practice talking and dialoguing with your intuition using images as we have suggested. Doing so helps you to recognize when you are mired in a subjectivity that keeps you from seeing a truth. Because if you are mired in a subjectivity of, let us say, a contracted blockage of some kind, emotional pocket like self pity, or state of mind like martyrhood, your intuition isn't going to work well for you. Your mind will be polluted at the subconscious level and keep you from accurate intuition. So by studying the development of your relationship with your intuition you will also be helping to divest yourself of susceptibility to subjective out-of-balance frames of mind. Practice, patience and use of your intuitive mind will let it become very strong over time. Give it a chance to grow! Intuition is your friend, and it's more objective than your emotions. Your emotions might sometimes connect you with it, but intuition itself is not emotional. That's a very interesting thing that people do not usually ponder. Remember intuition is a doorway your higher consciousness mind and to the divine. Using intuition brings you more into open contact with your unlimited Self. It helps you become more of all that you can be and all that you already are. We'll conclude this by saying enjoy appreciating yourself, respecting yourself, and loving yourself by using focused dialogue with your intuition. Let it be your friend. Let the friendship flourish. The collective consciousness of humanity is growing, and one way it is doing so is by conscious acknowledgement and use of personal intuition. Okay, we'll leave it at that. We depart now with Much love. Much love.
